OUR ACTIVITIES

At Zara Interior, we love to blend our interior design ideas with yours! This is why we make sure to research, analyse, and completely understand your preferences, requirements, and goals prior to taking the plunge. Drawings, and diagrams are developed accordingly encompassing and outlining all your needs. The next step is to give your design taste buds the food they are craving for. The starters are formulated as the basic space plan, which is created by the application of interior design principles and using both 2D and 3D models. This action ensures the safety, functionality, and aesthetic flawlessness of the design that’s about to happen.

This is followed by the selection of colours, shades, materials, textures, and finishes, which will make the design come alive. Prepare construction documents consisting of working drawings, details and specification to illustrate various elements of the design concept including non-structural partition layouts, power and communication locations, ceiling plans, lighting designs, furniture layoutsOnce the selections are made, our architects engage in the preparation of the construction documents. They work on documents, including every detail that will show up in the design, and the specifications you have fed them with. The design elements will be served in the drawings, which will include everything – from partition layouts, to power connections, ceiling proposals, and lighting and furniture plans. The final step would be the project budget. We shall prepare it to keep in mind the work schedule and the resources needed. And, once this budget is approved, the journey of sprucing up your home or office space begins!
